Jewish Wedding & Event Bands in the East Midlands

Book Jewish wedding and event bands anywhere in the East Midlands

The East Midlands covers a lot of ground, from Lincoln, Loughborough, Northampton, Chesterfield and Nottingham. Our Jewish wedding and event bands travel right across the region, so wherever your wedding or simcha is, you'll find acts on this page who already know the venues, the roads and the local crowds. They're booked for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs and simchas.

This region page covers Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire. If you already know which area your venue is in, the links below take you to the page for that area, with venues and acts picked for it.

Popular venues across the region include Washingborough Hall, Mythe Barn, Dodford Manor, The Roundhouse, Colwick Hall and Doddington Hall. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we can usually say which acts have played there before.

The category covers simcha bands, klezmer groups and showbands with a full Jewish and Israeli repertoire. Their pages show exactly what each one plays, so you can match the act to your guests and your venue.

We've been booking Jewish wedding and event bands since 1999, and every act on this page travels across the East Midlands. PA, lighting and travel are built into the quote, and you can check your date and price straight away with the instant quote button.

What to know:

  • Budget £1,500 to £4,000 for most bookings
  • Every quote includes PA, lighting and travel
  • Travel within the East Midlands is never added on later
  • Many acts offer longer or extra sets if you need them
  • Every booking is covered by a 14-day change-of-mind refund

Some venues have sound limiters, early finishes or restrictions on where acts can set up. Check these early, as they can decide which line-up is the better fit for your wedding or simcha.

Most bookings fall between £1,500 and £4,000. The size of the line-up is the biggest factor, followed by the date and how long the act plays. PA, lighting and travel are included in the quote, so the figure you're given is the figure you pay, wherever you are in the East Midlands.

Every act's page has video and audio of the performers who would actually play at your wedding or simcha, a full song list and written reviews from people who have booked them. It's the easiest way to judge the style before you commit.

Use the instant quote button on this page to see prices and availability for your date. Once you've chosen an act, we handle the contract, the deposit and the arrangements, and stay in touch through to the day. Every booking includes a 14-day change-of-mind refund, and an emergency contact line is available on the day if anything needs sorting quickly.

FAQs

Yes. Every band in this category plays a hora and Israeli dance set, including Hava Nagila and other favourites, and will agree the songs and timing with you before the day.

Many can. Some bands offer an acoustic or klezmer set for the ceremony or drinks reception before the main evening set. Mention it when you enquire and we'll include it in the quote.

Yes. Bands bring their own PA and lighting. Larger showbands need a good-sized stage area and power nearby, so it's worth checking both with your venue, along with any sound limiter.

From around £1,500 for a smaller band to £4,000 or more for a large showband. The number of musicians, the date and the length of the evening make the biggest difference, and travel is always included in the quote.

Yes. Bands experienced with simchas are used to fitting their sets around courses, speeches and the chair lift. They'll agree a running order with you and your caterer or planner in advance.

For weekend weddings and bar mitzvahs, a year or more ahead is common, as the most popular bands book up early. For other dates, a few months' notice is often enough.
