Jewish Wedding & Event Bands in Surrey

Hire a Jewish event band in Surrey

For a Jewish wedding or bar mitzvah, the band sets the energy of the whole evening. In Surrey, our Jewish event bands are used to big, lively rooms and packed dance floors, and they bring everything from a live hora medley to a polished showband set.

Surrey has a wide choice of event venues, from Millbridge Court and Gate Street Barn to The Barn at Botley Hill. Our bands travel right across the area, including Woking, Dorking and Epsom, and many work regularly with kosher caterers and event planners.

Not every band plays a simcha the same way. Some lead a long, high-energy hora set with Israeli favourites, some add a klezmer or acoustic set for the ceremony or reception, and all of them follow up with a party set for the rest of the night.

We've been booking live bands since 1999, and every Jewish event band on this page covers Surrey. Travel is built into the quote, the band brings what it needs to be heard, and you can check your date and price straight away with the instant quote button.

The essentials:

• Typical cost: from around £1,500 for a smaller band to £4,000 or more for a large showband, depending on line-up, date and set times
• Hora and Israeli dance sets, klezmer and a full party set
• Ceremony, reception and evening music available
• Travel is included in every quote
• Every booking carries a 14-day change-of-mind refund

Start with the size of the celebration and the running order. A large wedding or bar mitzvah suits a showband with several singers and a horn section; a smaller simcha suits a five or six-piece. Tell us when you want the hora and any other key moments, and we'll match you with a band that plans around them.

A five or six-piece typically starts from around £1,500, while a large showband with horns and several singers can reach £4,000 or more. The date and your set times make a difference too. The price in your quote includes travel, so it won't change once you've booked.

Every act's page has video and audio of the musicians who would actually play, their repertoire and written reviews from people who have booked them. It's the easiest way to check the style and the atmosphere before you commit.

The instant quote button gives you a price and availability for your date straight away. From there, we manage the contract and deposit and keep you updated until the event. Every booking is covered by a 14-day change-of-mind refund, and there's an emergency contact line on the day in case anything needs sorting.
