Male Tribute Acts in Leeds & West Yorkshire

Book a male tribute band in Leeds & West Yorkshire

A male tribute act in Leeds & West Yorkshire is one of the easiest ways to give a party a theme and a proper centrepiece. Hotels and function rooms around Leeds and Wakefield, social clubs near Wakefield and marquees at home across Leeds & West Yorkshire all make good settings for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and company celebrations.

A male tribute is built around one unmistakable voice. A good one gets the look, the moves and the between-song banter right as well as the songs, so it feels like a proper show rather than a covers set. Our male tribute acts cover Elvis, Michael Bublé, Frank Sinatra, Rod Stewart, Robbie Williams, Elton John and Freddie Mercury, from solo performers singing to backing tracks through to full live bands, most performing in costume as part of the show. Acts on our books include The Essential Elvis, Supreme Buble, The Ultimate Buble, The Essential Sinatra, The Definitive Rod Stewart, The Essential Robbie, Classic Queen and He Will Rock You.

Hireaband has been booking live entertainment for parties and private events since 1999. Every act listed here travels to Leeds & West Yorkshire as standard, and most bring their own PA and lighting and set up and clear away on the night — use the instant quote button on this page to check pricing, availability and exactly what's included for your date.

Across Leeds & West Yorkshire, tribute nights take place everywhere from country houses to hotel suites and private marquees. Popular venues in Leeds & West Yorkshire include Lineham Farm, Oulton Hall and The Mansion, Roundhay, and our acts regularly travel to parties in and around Leeds and Wakefield. Tell us where you're holding yours and we'll suggest acts that suit the room.

The essentials:

  • Typical cost: £500 to £2,000, depending on line-up, date and season
  • Your quote shows exactly what's included, from travel to PA and lighting
  • Line-ups from solo tribute artists to full live tribute bands
  • Most parties book several months ahead, sooner for a summer Saturday or December
  • Every booking carries a 14-day change-of-mind refund

Space and budget matter more than guest numbers. A solo tribute artist singing to high-quality backing tracks fits comfortably into a function room, a pub or a marquee at home, and is the most affordable way to put on a show. A duo or a full live tribute band adds live musicianship and more volume for a bigger room or a bigger crowd. If you tell us the space — hotel room, club function suite, marquee at home — we can usually say what has worked there before.

Most bookings fall between £500 and £2,000. Solo tributes performing to backing tracks sit towards the lower end and full live tribute bands towards the upper end, with the day and the time of year making up the rest of the difference — a weekday date can cost less than a Saturday in summer or December. Your quote sets out exactly what's included, so the figure you're given is the figure you pay.

Before you book, watch and listen. Every act here has its own page with genuine video and audio of their performance, a complete set list and written reviews from previous clients, so you can compare how each tribute looks and sounds and choose the one that suits your guests.

Use the instant quote button on this page and enter your date and venue to see pricing and availability straight away. Once you've chosen an act, we handle the contract, the deposit and the arrangements, and stay in touch through to the day itself. Every booking comes with a 14-day change-of-mind refund, and an emergency contact line is available on the night if anything needs sorting quickly.

FAQs

Solo tributes to singers such as Michael Bublé, Elvis, Rod Stewart, Robbie Williams and Frank Sinatra, and full tribute bands to acts such as Queen and Take That.

Many can — crooner tributes such as Sinatra and Bublé often sing a laid-back set over dinner before moving into party songs later.

Yes — a marquee or a large room at home is a common setting, and a solo tribute in particular needs very little space. The same act can just as easily play a hotel function room or a social club the next weekend.

Usually, yes. Solo and duo tributes need only a small performance area and a standard power supply; for a full band, tell us the room and we'll check the line-up fits comfortably.

Typically £500 to £2,000, depending mainly on whether it's a solo tribute or a full live band, and on the date. Your quote shows exactly what's included.

Most parties book several months ahead, sooner for a summer Saturday or a December date, when the most popular tributes go quickly.

“Saw The Ultimate Bublé last night in Tettenhall. Only went out for a family meal to celebrate my wife Karen's birthday, had a great night, great music, great food and great company! Adam, I'm the one who exhausted myself with my finger on head "unique" dance routines!”

“Just a short email to thank you for last night. The feedback we've had today has been fantastic. Ritchie's performance was stunning again. I will be back in touch to re-book sometime once I know what dates are available to me and thanks again.”

“I would just like to write and say a huge thank you to The Essential Jersey Boys for their performance on Friday night at our black tie Wintertime Ball. They were very professional, sounded amazing and it was a pleasure to have them around. They were easy to talk to, asked for nothing but gave a lot. The band were just like having Frankie Valli and the 4 seasons here, great sound, everyone dancing and all our guests had nothing but positive comments. Great band, great bunch of lads. Thank you.”

“Wow just wow.
We have just had Soul Sensations at our Music on the Prom event althrough the weather wasn't the best (wind and rain) these guys put on a cracking show. We have seen Motown acts before but nothing like this. The high energy, the dance moves, the vocals, the harmonising - oh my the harmonising. What a show, what a performance, what a day. We would highly recommend Soul Sensations and hopefully we will see them again at Music on the Prom. Just get them booked!”

“Hi The Essential Robbie, Just a quick message to thank you for such wonderful entertainment on Saturday at the charity ball at The Marriott. It just got the whole place buzzing and everyone can’t stop talking about it. We had a brilliant time and will be recommending you to people. You were very professional in your performance and sang a great choice from different genres from swing, Robbie hits and other rock songs. We had a really great evening. Thank you.”

“We had a Freddie Mercury tribute night at our Member's Club and hired Lee from He Will Rock You with Hireaband and he was amazing! Everyone had such a great night, he got everyone up and dancing to his performance and we have had such good feedback from those who attended the evening. It couldn't have gone any better and I would definitely recommend Hireaband and He Will Rock You to anyone looking for a tribute!”
