60s Tribute Acts & Bands in the East Midlands

60s tribute acts covering the whole of the East Midlands

Finding the right 60s tribute act is easier when you can see every option in one place. This page covers all of the East Midlands, from Lincoln, Derby, Nottingham, Northampton and Leicester, and every act listed travels to venues across the region for 60s nights, birthdays and themed parties.

Across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire, the 60s tribute acts listed here play 60s nights, birthdays and themed parties. Use the area links lower down if you'd like a list narrowed to one part of the East Midlands.

Popular venues across the region include The Bardney Hall, Osmaston Park, Oddhouse Farm, Kelmarsh Hall & Gardens, Winstanley House and Branston Hall Hotel. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we can usually say which acts have played there before.

Not every 60s tribute act does the same job. Within this category you'll find solo tributes and full bands recreating the biggest names and hits of the 60s, and knowing the feel you want for your party makes the choice much easier.

We've been booking 60s tribute acts since 1999, and every act on this page travels across the East Midlands. PA, lighting and travel are built into the quote, and you can check your date and price straight away with the instant quote button.

What to know:

  • Budget £500 to £2,000 for most bookings
  • Every quote includes PA, lighting and travel
  • Travel within the East Midlands is never added on later
  • Many acts offer longer or extra sets if you need them
  • Every booking is covered by a 14-day change-of-mind refund

The East Midlands is a large area, so it's worth mentioning your venue's exact location when you enquire. Acts based nearby often have more availability and more experience of local venues, and we'll point you towards them.

Expect to pay from around £500 up to £2,000 or more for a larger line-up. The act, the date and your set times make the biggest difference. Every quote includes PA, lighting and travel, so nothing is added later.

Rather than a generic demo, every act's page shows the actual line-up you'd be booking, with videos, audio and a song list. Underneath are reviews from clients, often at venues you'll recognise.

Enter your date and venue in the instant quote button for live pricing and availability. After you book, we look after the contract, deposit and details, and keep in touch right up to the event. You also get a 14-day change-of-mind refund and an emergency contact number to use on the day.

FAQs

Everything from Beatles and Four Seasons tributes to Motown and soul shows and all-round 60s party bands playing the decade's biggest hits.

Yes — the songs of the 60s are known across generations, which is why a 60s act is a popular pick for milestone birthdays and anniversaries.

Yes — a marquee or a large room at home is a common setting, and a solo tribute in particular needs very little space. The same act can just as easily play a hotel function room or a social club the next weekend.

Usually, yes. Solo and duo tributes need only a small performance area and a standard power supply; for a full band, tell us the room and we'll check the line-up fits comfortably.

Typically £500 to £2,000, depending mainly on whether it's a solo tribute or a full live band, and on the date. Your quote shows exactly what's included.

Most parties book several months ahead, sooner for a summer Saturday or a December date, when the most popular tributes go quickly.

“I would just like to write and say a huge thank you to The Essential Jersey Boys for their performance on Friday night at our black tie Wintertime Ball. They were very professional, sounded amazing and it was a pleasure to have them around. They were easy to talk to, asked for nothing but gave a lot. The band were just like having Frankie Valli and the 4 seasons here, great sound, everyone dancing and all our guests had nothing but positive comments. Great band, great bunch of lads. Thank you.”

“Wow just wow.
We have just had Soul Sensations at our Music on the Prom event althrough the weather wasn't the best (wind and rain) these guys put on a cracking show. We have seen Motown acts before but nothing like this. The high energy, the dance moves, the vocals, the harmonising - oh my the harmonising. What a show, what a performance, what a day. We would highly recommend Soul Sensations and hopefully we will see them again at Music on the Prom. Just get them booked!”

“Extremely happy with the band, they made the night! Everybody has been commenting on how good they were. The quality and choice of the music was perfect they had everyone from the kids too our grandparents dancing. Would definitely recommend The Essential 60's to everyone. Could you please pass on our apologies to the band, as it was such a busy night we did not have chance to thank to the band properly and we would have liked too!”

“Closing the evening out was the superbly presented three-girl vocal and dance act
The Angelettes.
This Motown-tribute show, performed by a trio of stunningly clad brunettes, could
conceivably become a market-leading attraction on this showing. Large theatrestyle
cruise venues must be the natural target for this act.
Image and dance skills dovetail perfectly here with considerable vocal ability.
This is an act which, if pitched correctly, could be one of the cabaret finds of 2012.”

“The boys were Absolutely Bloody Marvellous. All of the guests (60+) thought they were amazing and as a result we are "the talk of the town". It will be hard to beat the performance that they gave, along with the crowd participation, Elton John or Robbie Williams couldn't have done better. All in all, well worth the money and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone of any age group.”

“What a great show on Saturday, I have had some fantastic feedback from club members saying that you are the best thing they have heard and seen in a long time!” We’ll definitely be booking the band again. “The band were a great success and really added a touch of professionalism to the whole event. The audience new all the songs and what a great set for a great day”
