Ingestre Hall is a 17th-century rose-brick Jacobean mansion set in 27 acres of landscaped gardens and parkland near Great Haywood, a few miles outside Stafford. It's taken on exclusive hire for the whole building, so a wedding here has the entire hall and grounds to itself rather than sharing the day with any other event.
Ceremonies can be held in the Yellow Room, the Orangery, or in St Mary's Church on the estate itself, giving couples a genuine choice between an indoor civil ceremony and something closer to a traditional church wedding without leaving the grounds.
