Booking was very straightforward! The band arrived and set up no bother, introduced themselves and got to it! The place was bouncing, everything I’d hoped for! Feed back from everyone else was how amazing the band was! Lots of involving the other guests! 10/10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were lucky enough to see The Kuil playing at my cousins wedding last year. After speaking with Shaun about our love of country music we booked them right away.
From start to finish the dance floor was full and they matched the vibes we wished for. The first dance was perfect and the guys were excited to play our request ‘In case you didn’t know’ and our other special requests. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’m not over how amazing it all turned out and how outstanding the band were. The highlight was definitely the medley- INCREDIBLE and of course the table captains dance off!
The guys were getting so many compliments and I was constantly being asked where did you find this band???

Couldn’t recommend The Kuil enough! They were absolutely fantastic at our wedding and played such a huge part in making the night so much fun.
They learnt our first dance song for us and, at our request, changed the tempo to slow it right down before picking it back up again to kickstart the party. It was such a special moment and we loved that they were willing to put their own spin on it for us.
They were brilliant at reading the crowd and playing to everyone’s tastes, which kept the dance floor moving all night. They also supported the ceilidh really well and even jumped out into the crowd for some audience participation, which was such a laugh!
They created exactly the atmosphere we wanted and kept everyone entertained from start to finish. We had so many guests comment on how good they were and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding. Thank you so much.

The Kuil were fantastic. Had a great call before hand to discuss music etc. They nailed our first dance and kept the dance floor moving all night. We had some many comments from guests on how good the band was, can’t recommend them enough!

The Kuil were amazing and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Everyone at our wedding was saying how good they were. They recorded a demo of our first dance so we could hear it. Shaun was out on the dance floor and got everyone involved. They even we above and beyond doing a spontaneous performance of a song requested by my 18 month old niece that they hadn’t learnt before hand and absolutely smashed it! I can’t thank them enough for making our day so effortlessly enjoyable!

Band where absolutely fantastic!

What a night! The Kuil are a special band!! They were incredible at our wedding entertaining and involving the crowd throughout the night! Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing they were! Some of them have even tried to book them for their own future weddings already! In the build up to the wedding the band were incredibly accommodating, taking the time to discuss set lists as well as including a ceilidh! The whole evening was made that much more memorable thanks to the Kuil! Thank you for the memories guys!

The band were brilliant with a wide variety of songs. Super friendly and discussed what we were after for the evening during set up. The Scottish ceilidh was great and got everyone on the dance floor. I found the medley towards the end was very clever. It went on for absolutely ages and because the lead singer went seamlessly from one song to another it meant we all just had to keep dancing! Brilliant. Thank you for a wonderful evening of entertainment.

All the guys were amazing, yet again!!! They kept the dance floor full all night, which shows just how good the music was. There was great interaction with the crowd as well. Couldn't have asked for better. Two years in a row we have had them play at our event. Third time might be in the air!!! Thanks again.

The Kuil played at our joint 21st and 50th birthday party at the weekend. They kept the dance floor bouncing the whole night long. They played a great range of music which entertained the entire crowd. Something for everyone!! Music to Ceilidh dance to, through the decades right up to the most modern songs. Even managed a request at the end which wasn’t in their play list but still smashed it. Lots of comments from the guests saying how fantastic the band were. Thank you for a fab night.

We hired The Kuil for our wedding on the 6th September and they were incredible!

The Kuil played at our wedding in August and absolutely brought the party. Their energy and crowd interaction really helped keep the energy high and the dancefloor full all night. They had a very varied setlist and did a great job of reading the room, as well as playing to our tastes - there are not many wedding bands that play Tidelines!! They did a beautiful rendition of "come rain or come shine" by Trail West for our first dance, thank you so much for learning it as it made it so special. We really couldn't recommend The Kuil enough to others - you won't be disappointed!

We absolutely loved having The Kuil perform for us at our Staff Christmas Party. The band were professional, punctual and friendly from the onset, being flexible to our changing schedule and providing top class entertainment. Easy process through Hireaband - I've used them through our last few events and all been super straightforward and their team are very friendly.
The band themselves were great - good communication before and during the event, on time and super friendly. The performance itself was great - everyone was up on the dancefloor at the end of the night, they took requests from the team and all sounded absolutely perfect. Couldn't recommend the band enough to anyone!

The Kuil were absolutely amazing! They played a great set of songs and read the room brilliantly with their choices. They learned our first dance from scratch and performed it really well. They absolutely nailed our first dance and Shawn the frontman knew exactly how to work the crowd and had the dancefloor totally packed. Ceilidh set went down a treat too. Hireaband and the Kuil were brilliant for our recent wedding. The process of finding an entertainer and booking then was made easy through the website. Communication from the team and the band was also brilliant and they were quick to answer any questions. The Kuil were fantastic for our wedding, they clearly love what they do and were brilliant at working the crowd - the dancefloor was always full. We received loads of comments from guests on how good they were. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for entertainers!

Firstly Hireaband kept in regular contact and forwarded all details and confirmed every part of the booking from beginning to end, I cannot fault this and would not hesitate to recommend using hireaband or in using them for future functions.

The band, The Kuil, were top notch from beginning to end. They were in contact to get details of the venue who they then contacted to make arrangements, they had no problems with our first dance request, which was performed magnificently, and arrived early and played as long or longer than they had said.
Having seen them at my friends wedding last year we knew what we were getting and if anything they were even better !!! Setting up and packing up was so slick it went largely unnoticed you can tell that they are a well oiled machine. Performance was awesome !! A cracking mix of contemporary and older tunes with excellent vocals and tight musical performance, this was commented on by many of the guests.
Truely the icing on the cake and one of the highlights of a great day, the only thing that I would say is that for guys who are this professional and slick they probably do not charge enough !!

Top class all round, we are truly impressed with everything which we received. Thanks to hire a band and The Kuil take a bow.

The Kuill provided top class entertainment from the very start. Great set list, great sound and vocals and kept the night going for my wife’s 60th birthday party. Covered a huge selection of music that had our family and friends dancing all night. Loads of guests commented on how good they were. Couldn’t fault the guys, and they wrapped up the night with our requested last song. Brilliant band, defo recommend.

The Kuil were absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond for our day! They learned our first dance song and initially said they were prioritising learning first dances and so would need to play our dad & daughter dance from a recording which was completely understandable. A few days before our wedding I received a text from a band member that they had found time to learn it and would play it live and it was amazing! The dancefloor was full all night and everyone commented on how amazing there were. For what we paid the performance was just outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough! If you are thinking of a band, the Kuil are the ones to book!!!

Wow! Where do I start? From the first email where hireaband were very patient and helpful to the band getting in touch to make sure all the finer details were sorted, we were blown away. Nothing was too much of a hassle and the band paid particular attention to detail, learning about our club/event before they turned up. The dance floor was never empty all night - they certainly do know how to keep everyone on their feet. Makes a huge difference having a band that you know is interested in being at your event. Will 100% recommend.

We booked The Kuil for our wedding after hearing them play at Brewhemia in Edinburgh and we were not disappointed! I spoke with Maurice in the build up to the wedding and they learned our first dance, which went down a storm. Everyone was on the dancefloor the whole time they were playing, we especially loved the 30 minute mash-up! They are really up for a party! We have had so many friends and family asking about The Kuil and I'm really hoping we'll get the chance to see them at another wedding soon! The Kuil played our wedding at Dalhousie Castle on the 30th April 2022 and to say they were amazing is an understatement. The dancefloor was never emplty and they were able to take requests. They listened to everything we had asked for and made our reception just fantastic! Everyone has said to us how amazing the wedding was and how much fun they had, best band the had heard in a while. Even managed a few Cielidh tunes. Thanks guys for a truly memorable night.

We booked The Kuil for our end of year university ball and they played a big part in what was an amazing night. The dance floor was filled the full night and they were very flexible with their set by playing a great range of songs, which suited our younger age group, and ceilidh dances. I was very impressed not only by their sound but professionalism. Throughout the organisation of the event they were so easy to contact and happy to take song requests and any other questions we had to make sure that the event went smoothly. Genuine nice guys with a great band, at a great price, would highly recommend!
