Mariachi & Latin Bands in the West Midlands

Mariachi and Latin bands covering the whole of the West Midlands

The West Midlands covers a lot of ground, from Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Lichfield, Ross-on-Wye, Malvern and Sutton Coldfield. Our mariachi and Latin bands travel right across the region, so wherever your wedding or event is, you'll find acts on this page who already know the venues, the roads and the local crowds. They're booked for weddings, fiestas and themed parties.

This region page covers Birmingham, Coventry, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. If you already know which area your venue is in, the links below take you to the page for that area, with venues and acts picked for it.

Venues across the West Midlands that our acts know well include The Riverside Glasshouse and The Old Hall Hotel, Ingestre Hall and Brinsop Court, and Redhouse Barn and Castle Bromwich Historic Gardens. Every venue has its own space, power supply and finish time, and we'll check those with the act for you.

Across the West Midlands you can choose from mariachi groups, salsa bands and Latin party acts. Most will take a few requests ahead of the day, and many can learn a special song if you ask.

Since 1999, Hireaband has matched acts with clients right across the country. The mariachi and Latin bands here all cover the West Midlands and include PA, lighting and travel in the price. The instant quote button shows pricing and availability for your date in seconds.

The essentials:

  • Typical cost: £500 to £2,500, depending on line-up, date and how long the act plays
  • Always included: PA, lighting and travel, in every quote
  • Acts travel to venues right across the West Midlands
  • Summer Saturdays and December dates book up first
  • Every booking carries a 14-day change-of-mind refund

Some venues have sound limiters, early finishes or restrictions on where acts can set up. Check these early, as they can decide which line-up is the better fit for your wedding or event.

Most bookings fall between £500 and £2,500. The size of the line-up is the biggest factor, followed by the date and how long the act plays. PA, lighting and travel are included in the quote, so the figure you're given is the figure you pay, wherever you are in the West Midlands.

Every act's page has video and audio of the performers who would actually play at your wedding or event, a full song list and written reviews from people who have booked them. It's the easiest way to judge the style before you commit.

Enter your date and venue in the instant quote button for live pricing and availability. After you book, we look after the contract, deposit and details, and keep in touch right up to the event. You also get a 14-day change-of-mind refund and an emergency contact number to use on the day.

FAQs

The category covers traditional mariachi groups, salsa and Cuban bands, Brazilian samba and bossa nova acts, Latin jazz ensembles and Latin party bands that also play chart hits. Each act's page shows its style, line-up and song list.

Yes, that's what mariachi does best. Most mariachi groups play acoustically, so they can move between tables or around a garden during a drinks reception, a meal or a fun day. Check the act's page or ask us when you enquire.

Most do. Mariachi groups usually perform in charro suits and sombreros, and many salsa and Latin party bands have their own stage outfits. The photos and videos on each act's page show exactly what to expect.

Most do. Stage and dance bands bring their own PA; acoustic and strolling acts may need nothing at all. Larger line-ups need floor space and power nearby, so it's worth checking both with your venue, along with any sound limiter.

From around £500 for a smaller act to £2,500 or more for a larger band. The number of musicians, the date and the length of the booking make the biggest difference, and travel is always included in the quote.

Yes. Many couples book a mariachi group or a bossa nova trio for the drinks reception, then a salsa or Latin party band for the evening. Some acts can cover both, and we can suggest combinations when you enquire.
