Everyone at Hireaband has been fantastic from the communication to helping us with a change of venue.

The band were amazing, taking in our requests, coming to chat with us to calm the nerves and ensuring everyone had a fantastic time!

Now that I have finally recovered from our big day I would just like to email you personally & thank you & your band so much for putting on a fantastic performance.
From when the first song was played right to the end we were all loving it 🥰 so many of my guest have complimented on how amazing you guys were and rightly so - honestly absolutely amazing 🤩
I would like to thank you for playing a massive part in the enjoyment of our day & for ending it just the way we wanted…one big party 🎉 you continued the vibe we were going for & the song choices were one cracking tune after another.

The Jack Dames band was amazing from start to finish. Firstly before the wedding one of our first songs they had to learn & they did it with ease. The dance floor was always full & all my guests were commenting on how amazing they were. My own feet the next day were so sore from all the dancing I was doing but was so worth it. Honestly could not recommend them highly enough. Absolutely brilliant. They followed our vibe of our wedding which was lots of fun, laughter & one big party. Thank you again, The Scotts

The Jack Dames were incredible! The dancefloor was full all night and everyone we have spoken to at the wedding mentioned how great they were. They played a wide variety of songs and were able to read the room to play so many of the songs we like. They made our night so fun and we can’t thank them enough!

The guys were so friendly and fun and had our wedding absolutely jumping!
After the initial confusion around setlists they managed to accommodate so many of our requests into the songs they played on the night.
Their rendition of our first dance was incredible and so, so many of the guests kept commenting on Kirsty's voice during the course night and for weeks after our wedding, her voice is PHENOMENAL!
I cannot recommend the Jack Dames enough, they made our wedding reception so unbelievably fun, had the dancefloor packed from beginning to end and were just the nicest group of musicians!

We loved The Jack Dames! As the bride, I never left the dancefloor all night! The band were accomodating to us also having a sax player and were able to use this to perform songs that kept us dancing for the remainder of the night. They had even gone to the effort of learning a new song for our first dance, which I was really impressed with and appreciated so much :)

We totally loved having the Jack Dames at our partnership celebrations. They listened carefully to our requests and music choices which meant we were just jamming to all our favourite tunes all night! They learnt our first song and it was totally incredible - a hard ask considering it's a dance track. The ceilidh set was amazing and the bagpiping just added to it. All our guests totally loved them too, so a huge huge thanks - would absolutely recommend!
The service we received from Hire a Band was also great - they kept in frequent contact with us and always replied to messages quickly and were able to change the timings of the set which was a huge help too.

Got married on 16th July this year and the Jack Dames band played for us. They were outstanding and got everyone up dancing. Would highly recommend them for a wedding.

The Hireaband company are very professional, kept in touch during our booking and very helpful. The band we had were The Jack Dames for my daughters wedding. Absolutely amazing! They are professional, friendly, play an amazing variety to suit all tastes. Even when we requested a couple of songs for the couples first dance and Father of The Bride dance, although they were unfamiliar beforehand, they clearly rehearsed these and were fantastic. The band also kept in touch with us, Chris Ward the drummer was our point of contact, and a great guy who couldn't be more helpful. They were on time, no issues at all and kept the dance floor busy all night.
Everyone at the wedding commented on how good the band were and we would have no hesitation in booking them again or recommending them and the Hireaband company.

These guys were absolutely EPIC! Kirsty and Jamie were absolutely fantastic as our daytime music for our wedding. They learned some of our favourite songs for us and performed them beautifully. We were really blown away as were our guests. The atmosphere was fab. Jamie even let our 2 year old have a shot of his guitar which was very cute! Would highly recommend!

The Jack Dames were the perfect band for us on our wedding day. Before the wedding the band were approachable and took any requests that we had. Chris also gave us a clear progression of how the night would go and it was flawless from start to finish. Every member of the band is extremely talented and gave a fantastic performance. You had everyone dancing from the first song to the very last. The ceilidh was one of my highlights, even though we were terrible at it. Hireaband were fantastic from start to finish! The service and updates on the band were really reassuring. From the booking, quote, deposit, final payment dates all done seamlessly.
I dealt with Chris from the band and he’s an absolute pleasure to talk to and i had him on the phone for a good half hour chatting over timings, first dance choice etc and what our hopes were as a couple of the wedding and band. Chris was so friendly to deal with and a total professional.
When it came to the wedding the band were there all ready to set up well within their timings and hotel staff commented how efficient they were. The music on the night was outstanding! Everyone commented on the amazing band and how they were keeping the dance floor packed and the vocals were insanely good! We couldn’t have wished for a better wedding band! The Jack Dames made the reception for us and the ceilidh and bagpipes what a touch! I can honestly say that the band at my wedding was the best I've ever seen / heard they interacted with the crowd, allowed a few people to steal the microphone and do a wee song. They encouraged people to get up dancing and I don't think there was an empty dance floor all night! We couldn’t fault the service from Hireaband. We were delighted that we choose the Jack Dames from a Hireaband wedding band showcase as our wedding band. All contact made with Hireaband, from booking the band at the showcase to emails, was professional and helpful. It certainly made part of the wedding planning process easy. On the night, the floor was never empty and they played a variety of songs to suit all ages. They were very accommodating in terms of letting the groom use one of their guitars and sing on the night. Two of the main reasons why we choose the Jack Dames was because they offered 30 minutes of ceilidh and there were male and female vocals, which certainly didn’t disappoint on the night. They demonstrated excellent customer service in terms of learning the first dance song and sending us a recording to allow us to rehearse a first dance routine and contacting us a month before to go through final details. We would definitely recommend them to future brides and grooms.

Everything has been perfect from start to finish. The Hireaband office were easy to work with in terms of the booking and payment etc. The band themselves were great, contacting me before to make sure they knew what we were looking for and then on the night the dance floor was full all night. They even let my Father-in-law take the mic for a song and were really good fun on the night.

Cannot praise the Jack Dames highly enough, everyone is still talking about how fantastic they were. Lovely to deal with, learned and added couple of songs to their set list that we requested (and played them perfectly ) and had everyone on the dance floor all night. What more can you ask for? Hireaband were brilliant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Jack Dames and Hireaband to anyone.

The Jack Dames are by far the best wedding band I have ever seen - and we are privileged that they played at our wedding. They even made up a song to go with our dancing - outstanding!! All of our guests were up dancing at some point, there was hardly a bum on seat at some points!! I would not hesitate to use this band again! First rate service from start to finish!

The Jack Dames were fantastic keeping in touch with us before the wedding and learning 3 of our favourite songs and letting us hear them before picking our first dance! This is the second time I have used Hireaband and the service was excellent, we kept in touch all the way from first email to the night of our function. The Jack Dames were excellent on the night, very friendly and played a variety of songs. We all had a great night and would definitely book the band again and go to hire a band for any more functions.

Just a quick note to say I thought the Jack Dames were excellent at the Spirit Awards Ceremony in November. They really engaged with the crowd and kept the dance floor busy all night.
