The Hartbeats are hugely experienced musicians and pride themselves in providing a memorable evening's entertainment every time. They have a Mumford vibe to what they do and can provide both an acoustic and electric set as standard. Of course, you can have all acoustic or all electric if you prefer as well. This versatility means it is like having two bands at your fingertips!
Made up of a 3 piece line-up featuring male vocals/guitar, bass/vocals and drums/vocals, they give a full sound with harmonies and backing vocals, while keeping their setup size to a minimum. When not playing live they provide a complimentary unmanned iPod DJ/playlist service so you have a full evening of entertainment - this can be converted to a manned DJ service for an additional fee.
The Hartbeats have a large repertoire of varied songs and there are very few songs they don't know, so while they have a song list they are always happy to take requests prior to the event and even on the night. This level of flexibility is what makes them so popular and really engages with you and your guests in a way other bands just cant manage.
The add-ons offered by this band include an extra evening 1 hour set, daytime solo, duo or trio sets and extra musicians to be added to their core line-up.
The band come with the very latest in modern equipment, all of which is PAT tested, and the band come with PLI insurance, making them a venue's dream. We were absolutely thrilled with The Hartbeats’ performance at our wedding. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much. The singing and choice of songs was spot on. The dance floor was packed and this made us so happy to see all of our guests having a great time. We didn’t want it to end! Thank you again.
The Hartbeats played at our wedding in the evening. They set up quickly and without fuss. They confessed later on that they’d never heard the song we requested for our first dance (by a band called Blind Pilot), however, they played it perfectly and we couldn’t have been happier with it! Guests were dancing and singing all night long to the band, and then to the DJ set afterwards. They played a big part in entertaining our guests in the evening, and we would recommend.
Well what can I say. We came across The Hartbeats nearly two years ago and knew we had to have them perform at our wedding and they certainly didn’t disappoint. They are an incredibly talented band. They played our first dance live which made it extra special and were also happy to play a few requests before the evening got going. They kept our guests dancing until the end of the evening (and beyond) and read the room well to keep as many people as possible up and dancing. Our guests are still talking about how great they were - and trying to find where they can hear them perform again! We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing band and great party.
What a cracking band! Would thoroughly recommend the Hartbeats for a wedding. The band kept the dance floor packed with their acoustic + electric sets, and Mike saw us all dancing till midnight with the manned DJ service. Special shout out to ""the scary hairy guitar man"" who captivated the kids while rocking out amongst the crowd!
What a band! The Hartbeats really made our wedding incredibly fun! They played our first dance song perfectly and then from the very first song they had the dance floor rocking. I had requested a few songs and artists and they played every single song. All of our guests have commented on how brilliant the band were - I would 100% recommend The Hartbeats to everyone! We are already trying to think of another event we could organise just to get them back!!

Just a note on behalf of me and my daughter Katy for playing at our birthday bash on Saturday. We had loads of compliments on how good you were. The play list was just right and you will know the success of the evening by how many people were on the dance floor at the end! You certainly made it a great evening for us!
Very lovely, friendly, happy to adapt and adjust to what we needed. They really got the party going, and made the event one to remember. Everyone was dancing all night, we loved them!

Mike and the guys from the Hartbeats were fantastic - Mike was very accommodating for what we envisioned in the lead up to and in the performance. everyone at the wedding has been saying how excellent they were. They read the room and the vibe of the night and matched their songs to fit exactly the tone. Myself and my bestman giving a belting take on wonderwall to the guys playing will be a core memory for life!

Absolutely smashed it on the day! Everyone greatly enjoyed the music, they were able to adjust the music to the audience and what people were enjoying, they can pretty much play any song and were super friendly. Would definitely hire again.
The band were absolutely fantastic, cannot recommend them highly enough. They performed our first dance song - a slightly less 80s version of 'Dont You (Forget About Me)' by Simple Minds - and absolutely nailed it, creating a really special moment. We opted to have one folky set and one electric set. Both sets were brilliant, and the band did a great version of every song they played. The atmosphere was incredible throughout, and our guests - old and young alike - clearly had a great time on the dance floor. We got loads of positive comments on the night and afterwards, as well. The band were everything we wanted for our wedding, and well worth the money.
