Soul Sessions

THANK YOU SO MUCH for an absolutely fabulous evening - your band were just BRILLIANT and everyone loved your music! You were exactly as Sue and I had hope you would be. You sounded fab and you looked really cool! Thank you so much!! The young ones loved it too (always a good litmus test for a successful party) and Sue and I have got renewed "cool" status even though we are so old!

Please feel free to use me as a reference for any bookingsyou have in future.

We have had so many e-mails and texts today from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the evening and how fab the band was. Please pass on our sincere thanks to all the band members. It was a complete pleasure to be able to dance to your wonderful music all evening.

Soul Sessions

I just wanted to say (in Thomas’ absence on honeymoon!) that you were amazing. So efficient and just brilliant at getting everyone up and “into” it. Loved the music and your singers were quite brilliant. If you ever need a recommendation then do send people our way. Everyone who stayed for the evening bit of the wedding said the same and please tell the whole band how thrilled we were. Am sure Thomas will be in touch but, in the meantime, a big thank you from both Richard and me.

Just to re-iterate what Mum said, Alibar and I cannot thank you and the band enough for everything. The music was just incredible, and I (as a dancer with two left feet!) adored our first dance. It really made the whole evening and everyone young and old adored it. I am just sorry that it was so hot! I hope your bandmates had lots of drinks on us.

Soul Sessions

I just wanted to email and tell you what an absolute pleasure it has been working with you as well. My copious number of emails never went unanswered, every request was never too much, especially my very specific set list and requests for you to learn new songs. You have no idea how valued that is when you are a bride doing a “do it yourself wedding” and you need that communication and preparation, so its not all left to just before your wedding.
On top of that you were a brilliant band, I can’t count the number of guests who came up to me and made a point of telling me how good our band was. You also let our drunk guest join in strumming his imaginary guitar :) ! Your two singers were on point and the music was absolutely fantastic, I only wish it hadn’t have been my wedding so I could have stood and listened to the whole set. Thanks again, you guys are fab!

Soul Sessions

We booked Soul Sessions for our wedding reception in June 2016. From the start, our contact with Austin was very smooth, he was efficient with responding, organised, professional and courteous.

On the night, the band were fantastic. we had the 8 piece band. they had such a good energy and we had so many genuine comments from guests about how much they loved the band. they played a great mix of Motown classics, classics from bands like queen, but also some more modern dancefloor fillers. we are thrilled to have had the sessions play at our wedding and cant recommend them highly enough

Soul Sessions

Soul Sessions are brilliant! From the initial booking, to the pre-wedding correspondence regarding our set list preferences, to their friendliness and then finally through to their actual performance at our wedding….they were AMAZING!!! Booking a band based on a couple of studio demos on a website was a daunting experience for us but we needn’t have been worried at all. Soul Sessions are absolutely fantastic! Totally overwhelmed with how great they were and had a packed dance floor for our entire evening reception. Our guests all commented on how great the band was! Despite being quite a late booking, the band members learnt a song for me, not our first dance but a song my Dad loves….he was truly stoked, as was I! Thanks so much for a brilliant performance. Five very big stars for you
