Absolutely amazing band, could not fault them at all. Had so many people from the wedding tell us how good they were. The dancefloor was full the whole night!

Wow wow wow! Sneaky Treacle you were first class !!!!! The best band ever. You guys were not only awesome with belting out the tunes , you were top notch guys, full of banter!
Our first dance was perfect, thank you for practising our favourite song. Another highlight was when you sang our other fav songs Gerry cinnamon - Belter. Forever a memory for us !!

Sneaky Treacle were brilliant. I've lost count of the number of people who have said how good they were. An amazing range of tunes, that had everyone dancing all night. I would highly recommend them.

Sneaky Treacle were absolutely fantastic at our wedding reception. We had been married earlier in the week at a small intimate ceremony and hired the band to play our larger reception on the Saturday. As it was only a night do we knew it would take longer to get people warmed up so wanted to invest in a top quality band. Sneaky T were excellent, they chopped and changed music to suit the crowd and soon had everyone up dancing. People are still talking to me about the ceilidh set and multiple people came up to me through the night to say how good the band was. Thanks so much lads!

We asked if my best man could sing our first dance song and these guys were so great and happy to oblige. These guys are so good and had the dance floor packed all evening. We hired Sneaky Treacle for our wedding in June and they were amazing. You are never quite sure if the band would live up to the recordings on the website but Sneaky Treacle excelled our expectations. They were great performers and the singer has an amazing voice. The band took the time to learn an acoustic version of our first dance song which we loved. The band got everyone on the dance floor, interacting with the guests and had a good laugh- even trying to teach our English friends a ceilidh! We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Sneaky treacle were excellent. The lead singer Craig had a fantastic voice and had everyone on their feet dancing. There song choices were really suitable for our guests and they were playing to the crowd really well. The dance floor was always full and we actually had to move some tables to make it bigger to fit everyone on.

We booked Sneaky Treacle for our 2023 wedding during Covid when there was no showcases! We knew immediately they were the band for us from a previous wedding we’d been to.
The guys were absolutely fantastic and had the dance floor packed all night and played all our requested songs.
Our guests commented on how amazing they were and the guys were super friendly and more than happy to chat to our guests.
They are the nicest bunch of guys and I am already recommending them to friends for their upcoming weddings. They truly were the highlight of our night!

They were all so lovely and went above and beyond to make our day and us feel so special.
They truly were a fantastic band and whenever we talk about the wedding with anyone (nearly 4months later) the band is always so highly praised.
I honestly don't think the videos online do them enough justice, they played such a diverse set, you would almost think that there was more than one band performing. They had everyone up dancing and definitely made our day even better, without a doubt the best wedding band we have seen!

Our expectations were exceeded, great music all night. First dance songs were both a little different but it was no problem for the band.

We booked Sneaky Treacle for our wedding on 10 September 2022 and they were excellent. We had good communication with the band befor our date to discuss music choices etc and the band turned up in plenty time to start our evening reception. The floor was full all night and our guests (and venue staff) are still commentinng on the quality of the band and how fantastic they were on the night. They were particulalry good at reading the audience and cut short ceilidh dancing when that didn't seem as popular, took song requests from our guests and accomodated our ask to play our last song, Loch Lomond, slighlty earlier as we've often found people leave in the middle of this to get taxis etc. This resulted in a very full dance floor throughout the night and a fabulous end to a brilliant day.
We can't thank them enough, fantastic band with a very talended singer and equally talented musicians. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a great band for their special event.

We booked Sneaky Treacle for our wedding at the Linlithgow Burgh Halls on 10.09.2022, third time lucky for us after being fully booked for our first two dates. It was obviously meant to be and they were just amazing. The guys interacted so well with our guests and the dance floor was full all night. At one point we just stood at the back of the hall watching everyone partying away and having the best time - exactly what we wished for. More than 2 weeks later everyone is still talking about how talented the band are, all agreeing they’re the best they’ve heard. I think the biggest testament to any band is when the dance floor is never empty and I don’t think there was any point where people were sat down. People even rushed to the dance floor during the sound check!

When we booked Sneaky Treacle it was as a result of their set list, a huge variety of music genres including a song which is very personal to us and not commonly played at weddings. This made our decision so easy and we hoped for the best. The band surpassed all of our expectations and were one of the biggest talking points of our day - everyone loved them. The variety of music played, the energy from the band and their patience with a predominantly English crowd trying to do a ceilidh was amazing! By the end of the night, people were asking us who the band were for any future events and didn’t want them to finish! They honestly made our evening reception more than we could have asked for and we did not stop smiling.

We cannot thank Sneaky Treacle enough for making our wedding the biggest celebration and bringing so much happiness, joy and laughter to everyone on the day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Well, where do I start. The band were absolutely brilliant. All our guests commented how good they were. They started promptly and played a good variety of songs . Oh my god where do I start? We had Sneaky Treacle play for our wedding on the 26th of September 2021 and they were absolutely amazing! From first communication they were great, we had to amend start times ect and they were very accomodating. Our first dance song was just so so perfect by the guys - couldnt have been any better if the original artist had played for us! The guys were all so lovely and really professional. We've had sooo many comments from our guests saying how brilliant they were with people still telling us now weeks later how much they enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to recommend Sneaky Treacle, you would not be disappointed!

The band at night could not have done anything more for us. The guests were a bit shy for the first could of songs but the band made sure everyone was up on the dance floor. By the end of the night the guys had even taken the time to have a couple of pictures in our photo booth. I am glad they felt comfortable to do that. From the night of the wedding we have never had so many people texting us saying how good the band was. Thank you sneaky treacle!

We had Sneaky Treacle perform at our wedding on 11.09.21 and we honestly couldn’t have had a better band in our opinion. They were honestly amazing from start to finish. They specifically learnt our father/daughter dance song, I don’t want to miss a thing by Aerosmith which definitely isn’t an easy song to sing but they absolutely nailed it. When Sneaky Treacle walked in to our wedding venue, we felt as if more friends had arrived. They were so warm, smiley and enthusiastic, immediately offering congratulations and well wishes to myself and my husband.

They took our first dance song and took it to a whole new level, beyond our expectations.
They played to the beat of our guests and had everyone up dancing with a couple of absolutely legendary songs thrown in.

We booked Sneaky Treacle after them seeing them play at a friends wedding almost 2 years ago, they had everyone up on the dance floor and knew they were the band for us. We gave them the unusual request of asking them to play Kokomo by the Beach Boys for our first dance, and wow what a performance! BEST BAND EVER! Sneaky Treacle played our wedding at Crear on Tuesday and what an amazing time we all had. The dance floor was packed, the song choices were spot on and everyone was raving about them afterwards. We had some delays on the day on our side and the band were really understanding and flexible, which was appreciated. Honestly, if you’re looking for a great band and that will leave your guests in awe then don’t hesitate to book them!

Claire and I had an amazing time at our wedding on the 6th of April. Sneaky Treacle played a huge part in making it a night to remember, and we had so many guests telling us that they were really impressed with their performance. We had been a little unsure how our first dance - 'At Last' by Etta James - would sound being sung by a male singer but decided to put our trust in Dougsy, and he delivered spectacularly!
Once again we'd just like to thank them for taking random requests, giving my sister a shout-out at midnight for her birthday, keeping the dancing going all night, and managing to make our wedding even more special than it already was.

They arrived on time, and although the hotel was running behind schedule, they made every effort to set up as quick as possible to get the evening reception started. Sneaky Treacle is one of the best wedding bands we've ever seen and we were delighted to have them playing on our special day. Craig (Dougsy) was so kind and enthusiastic every time we spoke to him and got all of our requests (songs, announcements, timings etc) absolutely spot on. Our first dance was our favourite moment of the day and it was Sneaky Treacle that made it so special. The guys also put together a 'mash-up' for me (the bride) and my dad to dance to - Bruno Mars, Party Rock Anthem and finishing with 500 Miles which was amazing. They even pre-recorded a version of it for us to rehearse to. We had a ceilidh set too which went down a treat. From the minute we seen sneaky treacle at a showcase two years before our wedding, to the minute they left the wedding venue, we could not recommend them highly enough. The lead singer, Dougsy, was also nice enough to come on a call with my wife and I to discuss music and song choices. They said from the off they’d be happy to learn a new song for our first dance, and we were delighted with that. However they pushed the boat out and learned our first two songs, which were both performed excellently; just as we expected as we had went to see them twice in Glasgow and they were fantastic. The band had heard that I had sang a song in my speech, and later in the night they got me up on stage to sing with them in front of all the guests, it was such relaxed and fun atmosphere that I don’t think anyone noticed me messing up my words haha! Overall, I can’t recommend sneaky treacle enough. So friendly, fun, and cater for all tastes. Not just a cover band, they put their own sneaky treacle stamp on the songs that they perform and that’s why we loved them! Thanks again!

The talented boys from Sneaky Treacle crossed the Firth of Clyde last weekend to play at our wedding on the Isle of Bute. My husband and I had the time of our lives, thanks in no small part to Dougsy, Matt, Tommy and Stuart.

Their pages are full of five star reviews for good reason - these guys are EXCEPTIONAL musicians. Not only that - Dougsy must be one of the nicest guys in the business. They are all meticulous perfectionists and they really know their technical stuff. They will take your wedding or event to a whole new level.

Dougsy and Matt created a special arrangement of one of our favourite and most precious songs, and performed it live - accompanied by a string trio - during our ceremony. It was too emotional for words! The whole band learned another song for our first dance, and while our moves left a lot to be desired, their delivery was absolutely spot on, and even better than the original version.

The booking and band liaison process with Hireaband was easy and seamless. Gaye made sure our specific requests were relayed and followed very precisely! Sneaky Treacle must be up there as one of the best wedding bands on the planet.

We have had so many people telling us how amazing the band were and how they had such a great time so we couldn’t be happier. The service we had from initial booking to the wedding was great.

The band were great at the ball. The set up time was tight to start with and they were very fast, the venue is not an easy one to work with for acoustics but the guys did a great job. They had the dance floor full the whole time they played and the did such a mix of music that there was something for everyone. They were lovely to deal with before the event and even more so on the night.

From our initial search for a wedding band, Sneaky Treacle were hands down the best we had seen and heard. We are so glad that we were lucky to book them for our special day and they did not disappoint. The level of contact on the run up to the day was perfect and they were so accommodating at learning our first dance, which wasn't an easy one. On the day, they were just amazing, they played flawlessly and kept the crowds up dancing all night. They were hilarious during the ceilidh! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

This amazing band did my wedding a couple of days ago!! They learned our first song who am I by will young and under the sea from the little mermaid in less than fortnight! Sneaky Treacle were phenomenal from start to finish. My wife and I are both musicians so it was important to us that the band were at a high standard, and they well and truly delivered. They had everyone on the dancefloor from start to finish. Only took one break which was great! (some bands do take more than one which is a pet hate of mine) Fantastic musicians and lovely guys. These guys were just brilliant. I mostly only spoke to the front man but he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face which I'll remember. Customer service from both management and band was wonderful. Always very prompt and polite and ready to answer any queries. The band on the night were outstanding. We cannot praise Sneaky Treacle highly enough. They were fantastic - highly professional, engaging, read the crowd well and created an amazing atmosphere. Many of our guests have commented that they were the best wedding band they have heard.

Sneaky treacle where quite simply awesome!! Great set of guys and they can get a dance floor moving. Little extras included sending a recorded version of the godfather theme which was a great touch. Would highly recommend band and hireaband.

So talented and professional and they effortlessly created a brilliant and friendly atmosphere. They read the room well in terms of songs to play and the dance floor was always in full swing. Thought this band were excellent. Very happy we booked sneaky treacle for our wedding and would highly recommend them to others getting married. Very impressed with them learning our first dance song and then the father / daughter dance. Also they have a great set list too.

We hired Sneaky treacle for our wedding on April the 16th 2016. The band did a stunning job meeting our rather demanding needs of two songs. Not only meeting those needs but they did the songs so well I demanded a copy of them singing it at the end of the night. They did them better than the originals .. However on to the fail... About half way though the night some equipment gave out and the music stopped!......HOWEVER the lads quickly announce " OK folks it's time four our short break, we will be right back" and played some music over the P.A.
They quickly came and informed me and with in 15 minutes had the issue fixed and where up and running again. I can honestly say on behalf of my self and my wife that Sneaky Treacle not only made our day special but went absolutely out their way to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it could.
We had countless guest approach us and say that it had been a long time since they'd heard such a great live band at a wedding.
Leonnie and myself will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we just wanted to thank you and all of the band for such an awesome night.
Even when a small mishap cropped up they remained ever the professionals and not a single person noticed. To be honest Leonnie and I would not have noticed if the band where not so honest and said..

Sneaky Treacle were an absolute highlight of our wedding - these 4 incredibly talented musicians had the dance floor full all night. With a wide range of hits that appealed to everyone there, this band delivered song after song. They even made a great arrangement of our first dance song - Your Song by Elton John - made more difficult given they don't have a pianist in the band!

Their song list was fantastic and catered to all ages - old and young. The dance floor was never empty!
