Thom and the band did an amazing job performing at our wedding and we really appreciate how much they listened to the type of music we wanted when they came up with their set list for the night and they even went out of their way to learn a new song which they performed for our first dance. If you are a fan of Old School RnB, HipHop, Garage and House Classics these guys are perfect for you!

Mixtape were absolutely fantastic!! From communication before we met to the actual day it couldn’t have been better. Everyone at our wedding thought the band were amazing and they had so much fun, we were all dancing the whole time and didn’t want the band to finish. They are also different from other wedding bands which we loved! Thank you to each band member, we can’t wait to come and see you again at a London gig soon!

I’ve been to a lot of weddings over the years but never have I heard so many positive comments about a band! They were INCREDIBLE! The fact that it was my wedding party meant it was even more special and enjoyable! Every member of the band was amazing, but Nana was insanely good and made the whole performance even more personal by interacting the with the crowd - it was awesome!! They sounded so so good and every single guest I spoke to said they were amazing and asked how we found them!! If you want a 90’s mash up band that ensures the dance floor is always full - look no further than Mixtape!! They were the best! Thanks guys

We felt completely confident in them playing, and they put on the most insane performance. Every single one of our guests complimented them and asked us how we found them. Booked Mixtape for my wedding and I can’t stress this enough - they were absolutely OUTSTANDING. They kept the party going the whole night, the dance floor was absolutely bouncing and so many people came up to me throughout the evening to tell me they were the best wedding band they’d ever seen. The musicianship and showmanship was off the charts, and they even got the crowd involved at points in the set. Thank you so much guys for making our day so special!!

Easy process in booking and dealing with Thom leading up to the event. Nice touch for offering to meet us in advance too. Band were excellent on the night and the dancefloor was never empty. Most of the time the room was packed. Felt confident leaving them to it to determine a set list that would work. The band was tight and the two singers kept the energy up throughout. Would recommend!

I hired the band for a 40th birthday party last Friday and they were amazing! Had a zoom call with Thom a few days before to sort out logistics, they were so organised and kept me in the loop with everything. The music was insane, set the tone for the evening and had so many comments about how amazing the band were. They were interactive with the crowd and just good fun! Would definitely use again! These guys made our wedding. To say they brought the party would be an understatement; our reception descended into a rave. I can't tell you how many people told us our band were amazing. I've been to plenty of weddings in the last 8 months - most music acts blur into one, playing the same songs, to the point you can't distinguish between any of the weddings. Mixtape provided banger after banger and our venue said they'd never seen a dance floor so packed. I didn't want to risk leaving it for fear of missing a single minute of fun. Couldn't recommend enough.

Completely blown away by these guys, they MADE our wedding day! Such an epic performance, banger after banger - we really didn't want it to end. Such good vibes and had the dancefloor packed from start to finish. All our guests were obsessed, and kept asking how we found them and saying how incredible they were. On top of that, they're the loveliest bunch as well and chatted away with us after the performance. If you're thinking of choosing Mixtape you will not be disappointed. Wow wow wow!!! Where do I even start? I can’t thank the band enough for absolutely smashing our wedding reception, I don’t think there has been a single person not mention how amazing the band was! They made the reception unforgettable! If your looking for a band that plays amazing sings amazing but also brings an absolute vibe this is the band for you! The dance floor was full all night ….. the interaction and playfulness with some of the songs was so much fun and they even learnt our fist dance song and blew everyone away! I really can’t praise these guys enough! Communication with Thom throughout was second to none, speedy response really helpful and all around nice guy! Don’t hesitate to book these guys you won’t regret it!

Mixtape are a truly exceptional band doing something super unique, really well. We capped off our wedding with an after party and we can't think of a better way to have spent the night than with these folks providing the entertainment. If RnB jams and good vibes are your thing, then hit them up. They played some great tunes and really got people in the mood to dance and have fun. Check them out!

If you want a party then book Mixtape. Thom and all the band made sure that the dance floor was filled all night and all our guests had a whale of a time. We cannot thank you enough for postponing the booking when covid got in the way, for meeting us before the big day to make sure that everything was perfect and bringing the banging tunes to our wedding. We LOVED it.

These guys absolutely smashed it at our wedding! They played tune after tune and got everyone on the dance floor- we literally could not recommend them enough! Thom was really lovely and so organised before the day and the vocals from Alice and Nana on the night were incredible, we had so many amazing comments from our guests. Mixtape were simply brilliant. They recently played our wedding and were the best band a couple could ask for. From the moment they were booked, Thom was pleasant, courteous and above all fun. The music really made for some happy positive vibes the best way to begin 2019.
We did however have one complaint... the dance floor was so full they couldn't get through to dance at the front! (I mean that's the sort of complaint I like #floorfillers) would 100% recommend and hope they come back soon!
