Downtown Soul are a large scale Funk & Soul band who bring and energetic and hugely accomplished performance to every event. This London based band pride themselves on being one of the finest around.
Composed of some of London's most in-demand session musicians, Downtown Soul been burning up dance floors all over the UK since 2012. When not playing with Downtown Soul, members can be found in a variety of West End Shows including The Book of Mormon, Dreamgirls, Hamilton, Motown, All or Nothing and they can be found touring with Coldplay, performing with Clean Bandit, The Vamps, Jorja Smith and many other top UK acts and performing at some of the UK's largest venues including KOKO, the 02, Camden Roundhouse and even Somerset house!
Downtown Soul has already performed at some incredible venues including Knebworth House, Wentworth Golf Course, for the NHS and even for Tyrell's Crisps! With a wide range of styles covered, Downtown Soul will cater for all, whether your taste is 60's rock and roll or the pop hits of today. Having an immense ability in a wide range of styles, the musicians of Downtown Soul are capable of making any event a truly special occasion.
The band is available as a powerful 5 piece line up to an incredible 9 piece with a full horn section. The band can also provide a wealth of live music packages to include an ACOUSTIC ROAMING BAND, LIVE DJto compliment the band, SOLO JAZZ SINGER, or even a JAZZ BAND at your reception.

I really wanted to thank you all so much for an awesome performance on the 25th June at my party in Steventon. Everyone has commented on how completely brilliant you were.... I consider that we were blessed to have had the great fortune to have had you play at the event, and really appreciate the extra couple of numbers you managed to fit in for us.
