We hired Amplifier for our wedding, they were outstanding. A pre-event call allowed their manager to capture all my requests for my wedding. On the night, the band carried out every one of my requests, in addition to playing a variety of music for all our guests. We had compliment after compliment about the DJ sets and the live music from all our guests. Elliott and the team were friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend them enough!

Just what the doctor ordered for our event, very energetic and had everyone up on their feet going dancing crazy. Thanks guys!

Great experience using Hireaband and having Amplifier performing for us on our special day. The band were fantastic, playing 3 x 40 minute sets and DJ'ing throughout the evening. They performed our first dance live and kept the dancefloor full the entire night.

Amplifier played an amazing set for us at our evening reception at the Matara Centre. We were busy with the day to properly talk to them, but they went about their business setting up without fuss. Then they started with our first dance song which they learnt just for us. The rest of the night was a proper party, and the music and performance were brilliant. It was tough trying to pick a band from a website during Covid times, but I feel like Amplifier delivered just what we hoped for after seeing their demo songs on the website. A lot of our guests commented on how great the band were and we couldn't agree more. We'd highly recommend Amplifier if you want a professional and talented band to get your guests dancing. We literally couldn't sit down and danced all night! Thanks so much guys!

Amplifier played at our wedding reception last weekend and were brilliant! They read the room so that from the first dance to last song the dance floor was full. The band were a lot of fun and interacted with our guests, asking for requests.
Before the wedding they were very communicative, making sure everything on the night ran smoothly.

Really helpful with the set up time, happy to learn an obscure song for the first dance and played a great set. The music and vocals were excellent and they had people dancing a night. A great band!

Amplifier have been doing our Christmas parties for a number of years and they always go down a storm. They really get the crowd going and everyone really enjoys them - looking forward to booking them again this year!

We had Amplifier at our wedding in August 2019. They were fantastic! They sang our chosen songs and then ensured that they had our wedding party up and dancing all night. They were so enthusiastic and attempted to fit in all requests. They were professional and their communication was second to none. We would definitely use them again at any parties or celebrations we have and would highly recommend anyone else to use them too!

We hired Amplifier for our wedding back in June after seeing them play at a friend's wedding about 5 years ago. Needless to say, we were not disappointed as these guys have really kept their edge, and from start to finish, these guys were incredibly professional, really making our reception rock! The music was perfect for our party (including the impromptu instrumental played whilst the bride and bridesmaids did their thing!), and had everyone up and dancing the night away. The guys kept going right up till the end and were just excellent throughout. Real quality musicians! Would highly recommend, and hope to see you no doubt at other friends weddings in the future :-)

We hired Amplifier to play at our wedding and were not disappointed. They arrived at our venue nice and early (a weight off any bride's mind!) and from start to finish were incredible. The music quality was fantastic with a great variation and they even learnt our first dance song for us. They even had a personalised sign at the front with our names and date which was very touching and made it seem very personal! Amplifier were amazing, played fantastically in admittedly fairly small conditions, they were not phased at all! Played all the songs we requested without a hitch. Andre was friendly and happy to help with any questions. The floor was shaking, an absolute rock show!! Our family and friends loved it and it really made the day special. These guys are talented and I have no doubt they can cater for any taste in music you have. They were genuine and spoke to us after their set and you tell they love what they do. Highly recommend!

After a search of the internet we agreed on the band AMPLIFIER...we had gone a bit over the top with the party with the venue we had always wanted and invited more than we should have done so were hopeful all would go well. To say that we were impressed by the band was an understatement. They were professional from beginning to end. From the first contact to meeting them on the night. We had already agreed their playlist with them, which suited us down to the ground - we had quite a range of ages from 18 - 75! Everybody loved them. People were dancing from beginning to end of the night. They even learnt a song for us and performed it fantastically - even if it did make me cry!! We just wanted to thank you and pass this on to the band to say they really made our night very special indeed. Either of us would not hesitate to recommend the band to anybody as indeed we already have done. Thanks a million!

Both myself and Liz just wanted to send you a quick email before we jet off on our honeymoon. I have to say I can’t stress how brilliant the guys were at our wedding….the dance floor was busy all night, and everyone who attended the wedding was very complimentary…in fact at the end of the night there was a queue for business cards by our guests.
They made it very personal and very special and they were a perfect part of a day we will never forget. The acoustics and vocals during the actual ceremony and the wedding breakfast was second to none, everything they did was exactly how we imagined, the hotel duty manager was also impressed and said they were a fabulous band. So let me thank you once again for your absolute professionalism and a very accomplished band. I will certainly be recommending you in the future.
