The Runaways

This is the second time we've had the band play for us. From the moment they played the very first song, everyone flooded on to the dance floor. We couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Despite all the ups and downs brought about by covid over the last eighteen months, the team stuck with us patiently throughout various changes of format and timetable. When the day finally came, they definitely did not disappoint. Of all the musicians we had that day, only they managed to get people dancing. From the comments I'd heard from others, people were very impressed with not just their performance but the range of songs. There was something for everyone. We loved having them.

Thank you so much to The Runaways for being the most epic wedding band EVER!!! Not only did you totally make the party but you’re also the nicest bunch! And thanks for not thinking we were completely crazy for wanting a jungle book mash up as our first dance but also for making it an absolute highlight of the day! I cannot recommend these guys enough, if anybody needs an awesome band!!!

The Runaways were a massive hit at our wedding. The sound was incredible as they played two sets: one Motown and the other modern pop and rock. They have an extensive range of music and they really made the day special by creating a party atmosphere. They also played Bill Withers for our first dance, which kicked the evening off perfectly. After discovering The Runaways, we were desperate to have them at our wedding. Their medley video really caught our eye and they didn’t disappoint! What a fantastic performance and a great way to finish our big day. We’ll never forget their performance of David Bowie’s “Heroes” for our first dance - it was such a good choice. They turned up so promptly and got set up with no hassle or hand holding, whilst the rest of the wedding continued. All our guests were buzzing for the band and the atmosphere was great, everyone was on the dance floor dancing and singing along. We would highly recommend them for anyone for their wedding or party. We’re already looking for the next excuse to have them play for us again

I have never attended a corporate event which ended as one would expect a rock concert to; with the crowd cheering until an encore was provided!
Not only was the band technically amazing and the singer pitch perfect but they took the trouble of learning a particular song close to the heart of many of the audience who were Australian.
Such a level of detail and attention to their audience did not go unnoticed and we have had several Australian Engineers contact us to extend thanks to your band for going to the length of learning Your The Voice.
Lighters were lit during your encore. You guys were amazing!

When we saw a video of The Runaways on the internet we just knew that they were the perfect fit for our wedding. Their live performance was even better than their promo video and they totally exceeded our expectations. No matter the age everyone was having a blast on the dance floor, even guests that usually have a “No Dancing Policy”. We recommend The Runaways for anyone who wants their guests to have an unforgettable evening and dance all night long

I wanted to organise a party for my friends in London before moving abroad and I was lucky to have Liis and her talented gentlemen come play at the Ram Jam Club in Kingston. I asked them to play some dance music to get the party going.
I swear, the crowd was blown away by their performance. They had us jumping to some great classics as well as contemporary dance hits. It was an incredible night. I told Liis I would call her again as soon as I decide to get married so that I could book The Runaways for my wedding!
