The Revelations are a fun and exuberant five-piece party band who perform timeless pop and rock dancefloor fillers. The Band guarantees you will have as much fun as they do, with lung belting sing along tunes accompanied by face melting guitar solos that would satisfy even the best air guitarist in the room.
Comprising of male and female vocals, two guitar’s, keys, bass and drums, The Revelations have a big sound and even bigger personalities. Between them they have extensive experience in the music industry having supported the likes of The Thrills, Maybe Winehouse and The Hoosiers to name but a few.
They have established themselves as one of the south coast’s best party bands and it’s not difficult to see why with a growing list of clients and venues extending to Guildhalls, ships, night clubs and student unions. The Revelations have a wide-ranging repertoire covering the last 70 years of popular music, everything from The Beatles to Bruno Mars, Queen to Blondie, with a little bit of Journey and Bon Jovi in between. The Revelations were first class in entertaining our wedding party. My family, friends and I are all musicians and therefore have very high expectations...... However, it is safe to say they definitely stepped up to the task. They offer a fantastic mix of indie, rock, pop, and a little S Club 7 thrown in for good measure. A huge thank you to The Revelations who provided an amazing set at our wedding reception!! There was not one person left at the bar or table for every single guest, young and old, were dancing their socks off with the band and giving their all! They really did make the night! The variety of songs were great and gave the perfect wedding ambience! We had spent a long time picking all the perfect elements to make the perfect wedding and we needed a band that would do the day justice. I remembered the energy in the room when The Revelations played at a friends wedding and it turned out they were available for the day. They turned up on time and ready to go and they nailed it.
