My experience with hireaband was amazing from the start to finish your attention to detail on finding the correct back was first class. All staff are very friendly and caring on the phone and always kept you update with eveeything.
The band Northern Lights which we picked for our wedding were amazing. The boys were so friendly and a great laugh, they were constantly checking that everything they were playing we liked. The boys had everyone up dancing and made our night truely special i cant thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone thats looking for a band.

Every member of the hire a band team were excellent to deal with from start to finish always kept informed and straight back to any questions raised . The band we booked The Northern Lights were brilliant,our first dealing with them was only around 5/6 weeks before our wedding and was seamless from them on .. we basically have them a first dance song and let them play their own set and they smashed it . They had the dance floor full all night and were a fantastic bunch of guys ! ... Would recommend both hire a band and the band to anyone looking for a band .

Northern Lights performed at our wedding last Saturday and were fantastic from start to finish, the playlist was enjoyed by everyone where our guests were up dancing all night long to the cracking tunes! A wedding party is only as good as it’s band, and Northern Lights are the best of the best. They learned our first-dance song in a short amount of time and played it beautifully, and then proceeded to play the most energetic gig any of my guests had ever witnessed.

It was hit after hit of incredible songs, covered with enthusiasm and a surprising American/Scottish twang which added to the character of the night. I simply cannot recommend them enough: the nicest, most talented guys you’ll ever come across the who absolutely rocked the wedding. Thank you boys: it was a perfect set and a perfect night!

Northern Lights played at my parents' 40th wedding anniversary on Friday night. The band were fantastic, very polite and friendly, and were very accomodating and understanding to tailor their set to the crowd on the night. So many friends and family commented about how good the band were. Taylor, Chris, Dave and Ruaraidh were great musicians, very professional throughout, who played a great range of songs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Northern Lights for any function."

I hired the band to play at my husband's 60th birthday party. They were absolutely fabulous! I had so many comments about them from my guests. If you’re looking for the best entertainment possible, book these guys.

Northern Lights were fantastic, they arrived and started setting up without a fuss, checked in with us to see how we wanted the night to run and played fantastically. They were professional, friendly and most importantly brilliant at what they do.
They had the dance floor full all night and they are very skilled musicians.
Our day was amazing but having entertainment like these guys just made it perfect.

We had these amazing guys at our wedding. So professional, friendly and amazing to dance all night to! My four year old was fascinated when they were setting up and they let him play with the drums and the guitars and showed him how to do it! It was an amazing set and they are just brilliant. Cannot thank them enough. 100% would use them again.

We have had nothing but praise for Northern Lights from all of our wedding guests. Chris and the guys absolutely nailed the songs that we had specifically requested for the first and last dances.

We knew as soon as the band were doing their sound check that they were going to be awesome! They never skipped a beat and had the whole wedding bouncing. I would recommend Northern Lights to anybody looking for a top class band for their function, 10/10 from us.

Northern Lights were the perfect wedding band for us. The guys were great, very friendly and amazing performers. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a band with an alternative set list and a ceilidh!

Had the pleasure of listening to this band on Saturday at Sam and Robs wedding. They were fab. Great mix of music!

The band played our wedding on the 18th of August 2018 at Dunlop Village Hall. They were absolutely fantastic and can't recommend them highly enough. They played a great range of songs to cater to all tastes and ages and kept the dance floor busy all night. They accommodated all of our set list requests and did a cracking job on our 1st dance song even though we only decided what we wanted a week before the wedding. Last but by no means least they were all just really nice guys, and helped make our day even more special. Can't recommend highly enough.

Wow!! What an amazing evening we had at my brother in laws wedding thanks to you guys and the amazing atmosphere you created with your music. You had everyone on the dance floor all night, don’t think it was ever empty. Fab variety of music from modern to good old songs. Brilliant. Cannot recommend you guys enough.

Had these guys play our wedding on 04/08/2018 and they were absolutely amazing. Great band who played all the songs we asked for and filled the dance floor from start to finish. I can't recommend these guys enough. They played at our wedding in November and made it a night to remember. Great selection of songs and very accommodating. I still have people saying how good the bands was and my son is now a number one fan.

Brilliant wee band all the guys are very talented. I've seen them a few times and they never fail to get everyone up dancing and singing along.
