Manhattan

Hey guys, thanks so much for playing at our wedding two weeks ago. Max and the band were great and created a perfect atmosphere to get all the guests on the dance floor! We would definitely recommend Manhattan and look forward to seeing you play again soon!

All our dealings with Manhattan, from initially visiting their very user friendly website, through the booking process, and then arranging details for the event, was straight-forward and efficient. Harrison was most helpful and the band themselves were excellent! They were flexible and willing to fit in with what we wanted, prepared well and their performance was fantastic. I have received lots of positive feedback from those at the event and will certainly not hesitate to recommend Manhattan in the future.

Manhattan were first class! They massively exceeded our expectations. They really do cover all bases and therefore appeal to a wide audience. We requested that their first set started off with slow swing songs before ending with some more upbeat swing songs. The second set was more akin to wedding classics. By the end of the first set, there was a full dance floor and people could not wait for their return after the short interval. We had a number of musicians as guests who have played in various types of bands over the years. Every musician in attendance were highly impressed with the riffs of the guitarists, the drummer and the singers. The band were very easy to deal with at all stages of the booking process. They provided a good array of songs to choose from and even went out of their way to learn and play our first dance song (a great touch). On the day itself they arrived and set up with no fuss. They created such a great atmosphere because everyone (including themselves) were having so much fun dancing to their music. All in all, Manhattan are a lovely group of musicians who we would recommend to anyone!

Manhattan are an extremely professional and dependable act. They tailor their repertoire and rehearse very carefully, to ensure they will deliver excellence. A very musically tight group!

We hired Manhattan for our evening wedding reception and they were excellent! As requested they did a mostly swing set for the first hour whilst evening guests were warming up, and went into full blown party mode in the second set. Everyone raved about them, and besides being very professional, they were really nice guys. Would definitely recommend!

To all Manhattan band members, just want to say a big thank you for your fantastic evening of entertainment at our wedding. You played a great mix of music so there was something for everyone and you had all the guests up dancing the minute you started playing!!..... Sign of a great band! Our guests commented on how good you were and we are so pleased we went with you. Amazing vocals, sound and sets, would recommend Manhattan to anyone!

A huge thank you to Manhattan for a wonderful evening of live entertainment at our wedding! My husband comes from a very musical family, so picking our wedding band was always going to be a big ask. We knew we wanted to book them when we heard their demo online, amazing vocals and such a nice sound. We were looking for a swing band and got so much more! Manhattan provided us with an incredible set list and we decided to go for a first set of slower songs and swing classics, with fantastic Bublé and Sinatra covers; the second set was made up of more modern, pop, upbeat hits. It got everyone dancing, from the older generation dancing to "Fly me to the Moon" or our first song "Can't Take My Eyes Off You"; to everyone on the dance floor singing along to "Happy" by Pharrell. We only received rave reviews by our guests and were so pleased with their performance. We appreciated all their efforts prior to the day (big thanks to Harrison!), how they rolled with the punches and the delays on the day and just kept going, and even the lovely message they left in our guest book! If you are looking for a big sound, great lead vocals, and a band that can do it all – we recommend Manhattan:) Thanks again for everything and good luck for the future!

Manhattan were absolutely fantastic! So many of our wedding guests commented on how good they were, the evening was brilliant and everyone had such a good time. The mix of swing music and party music was excellent as well as the inclusion of some songs we had requested. The band also learnt two songs especially for us including our first dance, making it extra special. Manhattan definitely made our wedding reception an evening to remember. Thank you so much

Manhattan were excellent! It was easy to contact Harrison before the event to arrange set-up and organisation of the sets. They were happy to play some of the songs which we suggested which weren't on their set lists. On the day they arrived nice and early to set up, and the performance was excellent - the music was brilliant, and all our guests commented on how good they were. Thank you so much!
