John spent four years studying music at The University of Strathclyde and upon completion of his Honours degree in Guitar Performance has worked consistently in the corporate events and private entertainment industry.

John Gray and Hireaband were a perfect combination for our wedding ceremony. First off John is incredibly talented and sounded excellent with excellent timing all around. Second Hireaband made it incredibly easy to find him. Thanks again!
Just a note to say a huge thanks to you for playing at our wedding on Saturday. You did a great job both during the drinks reception and in the evening. We loved it! you have a fantastic band there and you sounded great yourself on the guitar. All of the guests loved the day and you guys created the best atmosphere in the evening.
