On the weekend of October 14th and 15th 2023, Hireaband will be taking over The Scottish Wedding Show's Live Stage! 10 of the country's best wedding bands will be performing live across the weekend - this is such an amazing opportunity to see excellent bands live and even chat to them about your evening reception. 

Not to mention there'll also be hundreds of other amazing wedding suppliers exhibiting - it's a great day to tick some things off your wedding to-do list or just get some inspiration for the big day. Register with us to come along right here.

SAXOPHONIST / PIPER GIVEAWAY 

At The Scottish Wedding Show we'll be running an exciting giveaway! If you enquire about a Hireaband band for your wedding at The Scottish Wedding Show, you'll be automatically be entered to our giveaway for the chance to win a saxophone or piping set at your daytime wedding reception. 

You can choose between either a saxophonist performing at your daytime drinks reception for 2 hours or a piper playing as guests arrive, during the ceremony as and when required and piping the happy couple to the top table for dinner. 

 

GIVEAWAY TERMS

• Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
  • Hosting a wedding celebration in Mainland Scotland. 
  •  This giveaway applies to new enquiries only and cannot be redeemed by those who have already submitted an enquiry or have a wedding band booking in place with Hireaband. Please note, a booking cannot be cancelled and reinstated in order to be eligible for this giveaway.
  • No wedding band has to be booked in order to be eligible. Simply submit an enquiry. 
• Entry: To enter, participants must submit a wedding band enquiry with Hireaband at The Scottish Wedding Show. Attendees have an additional 7 days after the show to submit their enquiry.  
• Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 14/10/2023 and ends on 21/10/2023. Only entries submitted during this time will be considered.
• Prize: The winner will receive the offer of a saxophonist performing a 2-hour daytime wedding set or a piper performing as guests arrive, during the ceremony as and when required and piping the couple to the top table for dinner. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives. Hireaband reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
• Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Hireaband to use their name for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
• Liability: Hireaband is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Hireaband and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• Modification: Hireaband reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Hireaband also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Hireaband.
