Jack and the rest of the band were amazing! Such a good band with a brilliant set list. They even took the time to learn one of my wife's favourite songs wich made the night even more special.

Cassien played my wife and I?s wedding on December 3rd 2022 at The Signet Library in Edinburgh and it?s safe to say that they made our wedding one of THE events of the year!

Our dance floor was packed all night and every single one of our guests were blown away by the talent on show, and atmosphere that Cassien created.

After some debate we added the horn section on and they were 100% worth it. The band performed our first dance perfectly and helped us to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Cassien played a phenomenal gig for our wedding on November 18th. The set up looked fantastic and Jack checked in with us (bride and groom) before starting our first dance which was very thoughtful.
The music was incredible! The reviews we'd read were all true about how good they are and they even did an ABBA set when requested which pleased a lot of our guests.
In addition to their excellent repertoire, Cassien did a few ceilidh numbers for us and the instructor was great! They're an excellent band and they made our wedding reception one to remember!

Jack and the band put on an unbelievably awesome performance at our wedding! The atmosphere was brilliant! We loved every second and hardly left the dance floor!

On the day, Cassien were outstanding. The first dance was exactly what we wanted, that definitely got the place jumping! and we even got a 2nd first dance after the buffet which was a lovely surprise.

Cassien were so so good. Their music was simply incredible and very patient on the ceilidh.

Cassien were amazing! The entire night our guests were up dancing, whether at the bar or on the dancefloor! Our guests kept saying to us they are the best wedding band they have ever seen - which I 100% agree with! They made our first dance so special and we both loved every minute of their performance. Each band members individual solos were so great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a wedding band in the future!

Cassien were absolutely amazing at our wedding. Before the wedding, they were in touch by email to check in with us, and to ask about a first dance song and they had contacted the venue to arrange timings/set up details etc (which was great as it meant less coordination for us). Very easy going, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking daft questions.
Their social media is always up to date, and we saw them post about a gig they were doing about a month before our date, so we were able to see them in person, which was brilliant.
At the wedding, they announced us for our first dance, played a few ceilidh songs through the night (and talked our guests through the steps which was v helpful), and played brilliantly all night. The saxophone was a huge hit with our guests, especially when he came down to play onto the dance floor with us.
We’ve already had family and friends asking us to pass on details, and we couldn’t recommend Cassien highly enough! Thanks guys x

Honestly cannot recommend this band enough! The whole process was so stress free; booked the band via hire a band, then got in touch about 6 weeks before our wedding date (2 years later!) and just asked for our first dance request and that was literally it!
The band themselves were incredible. The dance floor was full the whole night! Everytime guests left to get a drink from the bar, you seen them running back through to get the next song. We’ve even been asked how we managed to have ‘an actual gig’ and been asked where people can get tickets to go see Cassien again!

The band were absolutely superb. Great energy all night and the dancefloor was never empty. The communication beforehand from the band was incredible and they were very accommodating to all of our requests. The talent from each individual member of the band was out of this world and Jack blew ourselves and our guests away. What a night! We were blown away by Cassien, they were in a different league to any wedding band we’ve ever heard. Our absolute priority when picking a band was having a saxophone. When we heard Cassien’s demo, we just knew we had to have the whole horn section too. It was probably one of the best decisions we made! The dance floor was full all night and we’ve lost count of how many of our guests have commented on how incredible the band was. One guest racked up 18,000 steps on the dance floor alone!! Absolutely everyone had a blast and didn’t want the night to end.
Just as important as their talent though was their professionalism. They arrived on time, setup without any hassle, did their sound check efficiently and kept to schedule throughout their night. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Writing this review is one of the first things I’ve done after my Wedding Day as the band has undoubtedly been a massive part of what made our big day so special!

From the initial first contact right up until the last song they played on the day..we knew we had made the right choice!

I would confidently say that the vast majority of guests commented on how amazing the performance, talent and fun was from start to finish.

If you want a cheap, quirky band to play some songs then there’s plenty around.

If you want a professional, unbelievably talented and personal sound to your big day then this is the people for you.

Cassien were absolutely brilliant. We could not be happier. As a band of 5 talented musicians (some playing multiple instruments) they produced an amazing sound and kept the dance floor full all night.

Cassien were, as expected, absolutely fantastic last Saturday night. As mentioned to Gaye, early on I knew their balance & sound, the optic and the talent were just the ticket for our mix of guests on my Daughter's big day.

The start, first dance and opening songs were great and had the impact I was hoping for the entire year. Weaving the ceilidh set through on the night was wonderful, indeed Jack mentioned how very pleased he was with the response there was not a square foot available on the dance floor.
I managed to speak with all band members at the end of the night and told them how pleased I was.

Just an amazing band, every single one of our guests told us they were the best wedding band they’d ever seen, and we totally agree. Jack’s sax solo was amazing. What a phenomenal band.
We saw the band play at a wedding, and was blown away. The sax really made it for us as they were so unique.
The booking process was easy, and the band were so professional throughout.
On the night of our wedding, the band were the stars of the show, they had everyone on the dance floor,
The vocals harmonies were amazing and their setlist was so good and catered to everyone.
Our first dance cover was that good you would think they wrote it.
Their style is so unique and I’ve never heard a band do covers like it.
They made my night, and everyone is still talking about them.
They are going to be massive so snap them up while you still can.

Great to have Cassien as our entertainment for a couple of summer events in Ayrshire. Singing/playing was amazing, something to suit everyone and really organised so made for a stress free day. Hope to have you again soon!

Cassien played at my wedding and I have to say, what an amazing band. Both the quality of their delivery and the professionalism of the band were 5 star. The equipment and instruments they used together with lighting took the reception to the next level. Their song listings is extensive and everyone had an amazing time, the guests didn’t want the band to stop playing well after last orders. I’m sure they will be ever more popular and so if you have the chance, book them!
