The Smooth Jazz Duo were one of the most successful elements of our wedding day. They entertained our guests in the bar on arrival with an upbeat and melodic vibe, whilst we disappeared for photographs. Later, they slipped subtlety into the function room to perform during the meal, providing a wonderful background atmosphere at the perfect volume. We booked the smooth jazz duo for the drinks reception at our wedding in March. Due to beautiful weather we decided to have the wedding outside. The duo quickly rigged up their amp to play outside on very short notice and were absolutely fantastic. They really added to the atmosphere of the day, everyone commented on the relaxed but upbeat atmosphere that they created and we were so glad that we booked them. The Smooth Jazz Duo made up of Allon Beauvoisin on saxophones and Kevin Glasgow on guitar played top quality accessible jazz and created a fabulous ambiance during dinner at my recent 50th birthday party. All guests remarked on the quality and diversity of the music which included many classic favourites and allowed them to continue with normal dinner conversation or listen if they wanted to. On recommendation we booked the ‘Smooth Jazz Duo’ to play for a large cocktail party (~200) at Aswanley. The music was better than expected and was perfect for the occasion.
