Le Jazz Hot

Le Jazz Hot Trio is a busy professional band who have been performing together as an ensemble for over ten years. The music is a mixture of jazz, swing, Latin and even a few classical numbers with a repertoire ranging from dinner and cocktail classics such as The Girl from Panama and Take Five, to the more modern end of the spectrum.

Le Jazz Hot are able to tune the mood substantially for your special event, blending into the background during a reception so that people can easily talk, or cooking up a little more energy later on in the evening!

To add variety to the programme the bands guitarist, Marcus Ford, plays the occasional tune from his solo guitar repertoire of such classics as Mona Lisa, Moonriver and What a Wonderful World.

They have provided music for numerous private and public events including wedding receptions, corporate parties and PR events plus Christmas, New Year and Valentine Balls.

Le Jazz Hot are resident band on the Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh providing entertainment for corporate clients. They also regularly play at other prestigious venues including Skibo Castle, The Old Course Hotel, Gleneages Hotel and Glen App Castle.
