Ataea is an ensemble of professional musicians that offer something different and refreshing; an act capable of providing the perfect balance of music and song for any occasion.

Flexibility and adaptability make Ataea suitable for any type of event or venue.

Their repertoire is limitless. This ranges from Scottish country dancing music to popular music from all eras.

Ataea was literally born in the early hours of the new Millenium. The concept was simple; professional musicians collaborating to provide high-quality music for all manner of functions.

Comprised of five musicians and a female lead singer, they believe that the best music is played live. Their music unfolds with your event, creating a unique atmosphere to remember.

Ataea have the ability to offer any function the right amount of Ceilidh, whatever it may be. They can perform Ceilidh for as long as required, with their very own caller explaining the dances to the unfamiliar.
