Avalon are the busiest wedding party band in Dorset for good reason. Stunning male & female vocal harmonies highlight a magical blend of timeless pop, soul, classic rock and modern dance anthems. This talented and energetic live band are taking the South West by storm.
Avalon have an impressive performance resume outside of Dorset which includes corporate clients Intel and prestigious military events at Sandhurst and in Germany for The Royal Lancers, and Prince Harry's Captaincy at the Lulworth Gunnery School.
The band pride themselves on an extensive repertoire built up over the course of hundreds of weddings, parties, corporate functions and theatre bookings. The music is designed to impress and satisfy audiences of all ages, perfect for weddings in particular. Live music can be delivered in either a 2x60 or 3x40 minutes format and an optional DJ service may also be added at no additional cost.
This is a young band full of energy but with a huge amount of experience to call on. They know how to read a crowd and fill a dance floor. Wedding and function bands don't have to be cheesy. Avalon are cutting edge but with enormous respect for the classic hits of the last 40 years. With this fine band there really is something for everyone.
